If for any reason you regret your MUUSE online purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of the delivery date.
The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, with hangtags attached. Packages are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. As soon as we have received the item(s) and assessed their condition, we will issue a refund to the credit or debit card used to make the purchase.
You will find guidelines on how to return an item enclosed in your order together with a return address label.
If you would like to exchange an item for one in another size or color, simply return the item to us for a refund and place a new order for the desired item in our online shop.

We will begin processing of returns within 48 hours of receiving the package at our warehouse. Please note that the return delivery time from your home to our warehouse may take up to 21 days. Depending on your card issuer or bank, it will take between 2-30 days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
