When will my order be shipped?
In-stock items ship 1-2 days after ordering. As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, we'll email you to confirm that it's on its way to you.
Do I need to set up an account to shop on MUUSE?
No, you can elect to check out as a guest. Signing up allows you to save products you like for later, and receive notifications about new products and insider deals!
Which countries do you ship to?
Tailor-made items can be shipped all around the world.
The Boutique items can be shipped to the following countries:
- Denmark ***Please note we do not ship to Greenland and Faroe Islands.

- Spain ***Please note we do not ship to Canary Islands, Mallorca, and Ibiza.

Can I track my order?
Depending on the carrier we send your order with, the dispatch email we send you will include a unique tracking number which you can use to track the progress of your parcel.
Can I cancel my order?
Since we ship items immediately, it is not possible - but you can always return the piece for a full refund if you are not delighted with it.

What is a Promotional Code?
A promotional code is a code that can be used to obtain discount. Make sure you receive the information about future promotions by signing up to our newsletter.
Please note: You can only use one discount codes or gift card code at a time.
If you used a promotion code during your purchase your refund amount will be adjusted to reflect this.
How do I use a promotional code?
- Add the product(s) you wish to buy to the shopping bag and click on the 'Cart” button.
- Enter your promotional code in the box saying "Have a discount code?"
TIP: Enter the code exactly as it is displayed -if you add a space between the characters it will not be recognized.
Note: If you wish to complete your order at a later time, you will have to enter your promotional code again at that time.
What happens if I do not enter the promotional code at the checkout?
Unfortunately, if you didn't enter your promotional code at the checkout, we can't apply it to that order or amend your payment later on.
